GENERAL INFORMATION

 

ENROLLMENT
We accept children aged 5-13. The counselor to camper ratio varies from class to class, but it is normally around ten campers to one counselor.

 

EXPERIENCE THE FUN
For those first-timers who would like to experience the facilities; we invite you to an open house on Saturday, April 24, from 3-6 PM. Everyone is welcome! We look forward to meeting you and your family and giving you the opportunity to enjoy the facility.

 

DROP OFF & PICK UP
Our facilities are open 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Arrival time is from 7:00-9:00 a.m. and departure time is from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

 

REGISTRATION
Weeks fill up quickly, so please register as soon as possible. On-line Registration is available.

 

WEEKLY CAMP LETTERS
Weekly letters are provided Monday morning of each week giving specific details on the special activities scheduled for the week, including campouts, field trips, and any camper needs.

 

OUR CHRISTIAN STANDARD
We will continue with our goal to assist you as parents in developing character, upholding Christian principles, and maintaining high standards for your sons / daughters. Although the camp is not associated with any church or religious organization, we do promote Judeo- Christian values. Bible Verses and character qualities will be emphasized each week so we can help your child develop Godly character.


MEDICATIONS
We do not have a full time nurse or doctor on location and are not equipped to handle special needs children that require extra care. Therefore, we are unable to administer medications at our facilites.

 

DISCIPLINE POLICY
Due to the variety of activities and open areas (for the safety of your child) it is extremely essential that he/she is obedient and can follow directions. A discipline system is enforced and is available for review in the office. We reserve the right to ask any camper not to return who is not furthering the best interest of the camp.

 

ADDING WEEKS
When weeks are added after the application is submitted, a lower rate may apply. However the lower rate will only apply to the additional weeks.

 

CHANGES
Weekly changes may be made until May 1st without charge (if there is still availability). After May 1st your deposit is non-refundable and transfers may be made for a $15 fee, (per week, per child) provided space is available in the desired week.  Transfers may only be made with a seven day advanced notice.

 

REFUNDS
Refunds (less the deposit) will be given only to campers who miss the entire week. Sorry, there are no refunds for daily absences.


CONFIRMATIONS
For those of you registering by mail, you can expect to receive a receipt confirmation of the registration a few weeks after your application is received.

 

FARWELL & FAMILY FUN NIGHT

All campers and their families are invited to come on Friday, August 20th, from 5-9:30 PM. Join us for special activities and a final campfire. There is no charge.
