Meet Our Staff
Bob and Mary Rotz founded Antietam Recreation in 1977. Bob holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and a MEq. in Recreation. He taught school for 13 years. Mary holds a B.S. and M.S. in Physical Education. She taught and coached 10 years of Health and P.E. In addition, Bob and Mary have directed the camp since 1977.
Head counselor and groups coordinator is Jim Hutson. Jim has completed both his B.A. and M.A. in Education, and has taught and coached on a high school level for over 20 years. He joined our staff in 1983. More than 15 other counselors make up our competent team.
